What You’ll Actually Do
You’re not just going to sit behind a screen all day. Nope. This is a full-time, on-site gig at ENATA Industries. You’ll be the hero (or sometimes the therapist) for people whose computers have decided to rebel. You’ll be the go-to brain behind desktop troubleshooting, keeping the IT systems humming, and saving the day when someone can’t find their files (again). Basically, you’ll be the help desk wizard every team wishes they had.
What We’re Looking For
– You actually know how to fix stuff—technical support and troubleshooting are your bread and butter.
– You can wrangle desktop computers and IT systems without breaking a sweat.
– You’ve done the help desk thing before, and you didn’t run screaming.
– You’re a natural-born problem-solver (bonus points if you can do it without Googling every step).
– You talk to humans like a human (not a robot), and people actually like working with you.
– Team player? Absolutely. Lone wolf? Not so much.
– If you’ve rocked a similar role before, that’s awesome.
– Bachelor’s degree in IT or something close? Makes our HR folks happy.
