We are hiring Sales Operations Officer BUFC Karachi

Key Accountabilities

Whip up business insights and toss ’em into dashboards, trackers, monthly reports—you know, the usual parade of numbers and charts.

Keep the sales folks sane by wrangling customer follow-ups, chasing down paperwork (yeah, I’m talking about those never-ending Shade Cards and the mysterious world of Mechanical Approvals).

Play traffic cop with logistics—making sure everyone’s on the same page about dispatches, those relentless CRMs, and whatever else pops up.

Bounce between IT and accounts, sorting out SAP headaches, tax invoice drama, credit notes, debit notes, or whatever transactional mess hits the fan.

Oh, and don’t forget: wrestle that office filing monster and jump on whatever wild task the Area Marketing Manager dreams up next.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

B.Com/M.Com/Bsc./BBA/ACCA

3-5 years of relevant experience

Proficient in SAP, MS Excel & Power BI

Collaborative and effective in cross-functional team work

Proactive and solution-focused in resolving operational issues

Clear and professional in verbal and written communication

Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and reporting

Customer-centric with a commitment to service excellence
