Job Position – Lead Buyer

Location : Abu Dhabi UAE

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end procurement activities across multiple categories.
Develop, implement, and manage strategic sourcing initiatives.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, logistics, etc.) to forecast procurement needs.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a buyer, procurement, or sourcing role.
Must be currently based in the UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in procurement software ERP, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
