The Job:
We’re on the hunt for an IT Specialist with some real chops. Someone who can keep our systems humming, fix things when they go sideways, and keep all our fancy medical tech running smooth. Basically: if you get a weird thrill from solving tech puzzles and hate the idea of just sitting around, keep reading.

What You’ll Actually Do:

– Be the go-to for technical freak-outs—hardware, software, networks, you name it.
– Keep our servers, routers, and firewalls in line (they do get rowdy sometimes).
– Make sure our data backups and security stuff are rock solid.
– Help us wrangle all the healthcare software—think EMR, HIS, the usual suspects.
– Set up and configure new tech, whether it’s a laptop or some mysterious medical gadget.
– Answer staff tech questions (sometimes silly, sometimes not) and show folks how to use stuff without breaking it.
– Scribble down (well, document) system changes and setups so we know what the heck is going on.

What We’re Looking For:

– You’ve done IT support or network/system admin before—this isn’t your first rodeo.
– Got a degree in IT, Computer Science, or something similar? Nice, that helps.
– You get how hardware, software, Windows/Linux, and networking all fit together.
– Bonus points if you’ve played around with healthcare IT systems (EMR, PACS, HIS… all those acronyms).
– Must know how to explain tech without sending people into a coma.
– You’re already in the UAE (Sharjah folks get a gold star).
