What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be in the office, full-time—no pajama Zoom calls, sorry. Your job? Keeping everyone’s tech drama to a minimum. That means fixing computers when they throw a tantrum, managing IT stuff, and being the go-to hero (or therapist) for your coworkers’ help desk meltdowns.
Here’s What They’re Looking For:
– You can actually solve tech problems, not just Google them.
– Desktop computers? IT systems? You know your way around and don’t break into a sweat.
– You’ve done the whole help desk gig before. Bonus points for not hating it.
– Your problem-solving game is strong. Like, “I can fix the Wi-Fi before my coffee” strong.
– You can talk to actual humans and not just in binary.
– Team player. No lone wolves.
– If you’ve already done this job somewhere else, nice—you’ve got a head start.
– You’ve got a Bachelor’s in IT or something close. Or you just really love computers.
