Job Position – Housekeeping Supervisor

Flora Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee housekeeping operations to ensure our high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:-

– Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
– Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms
– Spot Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
– Allocate work duties to Team Members
– Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
– Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects
– Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff.
– Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory. and the maintenance of equipment
– Address guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements
– Ensure the adherence to hotel brand standards at all times

Requirements:-

– Bachelor degree in Hospitality
– Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
