Current Job Vacancies

1)  Customer Services Executive – Warehousing, Location – JAFZA
Responsibilities:
– Interacting and communicating with customers, internal departments, and suppliers.
– Updating the receipts and deliveries of consignments promptly.
– Ensuring accurate WMS entries of inbound/ outbound orders for effective inventory management and preparation of appropriate shipping documents.
– Assisting the warehouse operations team in scheduling tasks for optimum resource utilization.
– Addressing issues and escalating to ensure operations are well-managed and customers are satisfied.
– Updating the costs and preparing the billing information for invoicing.

Preferred qualifications:
– Familiarity with Dubai customs and Jebel Ali Free Zone documentation and procedures.
– Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
– Knowledge of WMS functionality.
– Understanding of warehouse operations, customs documentation, and transportation.
– Strong customer service capabilities with an ability to handle challenging situations and communicate effectively.

2) Senior Accountant – Location – JAFZA
– At least 3 years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding/ Shipping industry.
– Should have complete knowledge of Reconciliations – Bank, Vendors and GL.
– Knowledge of accounts, from finalization to audit exposure, would be an added advantage.
– Knowledge of VAT and corporate tax is essential.
– Should have good communication skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.

3) Operations  Executive – Location, HO at Sheikh Zayed Road.
– Interacting and communicating with customers, carriers, internal departments, Ports, and suppliers
– Knowledge of OOG cargo and cargo lashing is an advantage.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
