Job Position – ERP Technical Consultant

Company Name – Flint International

10+ years of overall experience in Oracle ERP end-to-end implementation and Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion & EBS application architecture and technical components.
Expertise in OTBI, BIP reporting data models across all ERP modules (HCM, SCM, PPM, Finance)
Proficiency in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service (PCS).
Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations.
Proficient in Oracle APEX and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP), with expertise in developing scalable and high-performance applications.
Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, and FBDI across all ERP Modules.
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and Web Services (SOAP and REST APIs) skills.
Proven expertise in Oracle EBS RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), Forms, OAF, Oracle Workflows and Oracle AME, with 3+ full life cycle implementation experience.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Very good understanding of GIT practices and guidelines, including version control, branching, merging, and adherence to GIT standards and best practices.

-Preferred Background:
Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science or related field
Agile/DevOps delivery experience
Mandate Certifications:
Candidates must hold at least Two (2) active Oracle Fusion certification mentioned below. Foundation or Associate-level certifications will not be considered.

-Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Implementation Specialist
-Oracle OIC Architect / Developer Track
-Oracle Visual Builder / Data Integrator / Analytics
-Oracle Integration Cloud Professional
-Oracle Fusion Technical Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development & Customization:
Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle Fusion applications using VBCS, PCS and APEX
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion application modules based on business needs

Integration & Data Management:
Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Perform data migration and validation tasks using FBDI, HCM Loader and Spread sheet Loader

Reporting & Analytics:
Create advanced reports and analytics with OTBI and BIP across All Fusion ERP Modules

Technical Solutions:
Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle Fusion applications
Work on SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, and custom development
Stay updated on Oracle Fusion technologies and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
