Roles: An Overview
At noon, as an IT Support Engineer, you will assume charge of IT operations at your location. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and preserve essential infrastructure while also offering everyday help to satisfy both present and future operational needs. This position presents chances to participate in significant projects and promote innovation in a hectic setting.
Important Duties:
- Provide onsite IT assistance to guarantee peak operation of infrastructure and equipment.
- Make sure all departmental SLAs and KPIs are always met.
- Manage everyday activities and report progress to IT leadership as you lead and oversee a team of IT specialists.
- Arrange and carry out infrastructure adjustments compatible with shifting business and IT needs.
- Identify chances for cost savings while keeping and improving the efficiency and availability of IT equipment.
- Regular audits guarantee adherence with Health & Safety policies and company IT standards.
- Drive ongoing improvement by project engagement and proactive issue solving.
