Up to AED 5,000 in wage
Minimum 2 years in IT Support: Experience

Pact Employment is searching for qualified IT L1 and L2 Support Engineers to join a vibrant team spread throughout Dubai and Sharjah. Preferred candidates will possess practical IT infrastructure maintenance and fault solving experience.

Main Tasks and Know-How:

• Offering of IT support levels 1 and 2
• Administration of Windows Server
• Managing Group Policy and Active Directory
• Setting of DHCP and DNS
• Virtualization with VMware
• Handling backup plans
• Deployment of endpoint security
• Help for client OS: Windows 10 and 11
• Server, laptop, desktop troubleshooting
• Managing network printers and WiFi access points
• Simple understanding of firewalls and networking
• Strong benefit comes from experience with Office 365
