1) Travel Consultant (CIS Market)

REQUIREMENTS:
– Lead high-level communication with VIP clients and travel agents, ensuring seamless, professional interactions at every touchpoint.
– Manage, reconfirm, and secure all reservations across services and platforms, maintaining 100% accuracy in our systems.
– Provide alternatives when needed, handle last-minute changes, and communicate any irregularities with speed and clarity.
– Work closely with excursions, visa, ground handling, sales, and accounts teams to guarantee a smooth guest experience.
– Support account growth with the Sales Manager, build strategic plans, and maximize revenue through proactive booking management.

2) Luxury Travel Consultant (CIS Market)

REQUIREMENTS:
– Act as the key point of contact for high-profile clients and and agents, delivering expert-level service and communication.
– From request to reconfirmation, manage reservations across platforms and suppliers with speed, accuracy, and precision.
– Handle changes, cancellations, or arrival irregularities smoothly, while offering alternative solutions when needed.
– Liaise with internal teams (sales, accounts, visas, excursions, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences across every touchpoint.
– Partner with Sales to drive account revenue, create strategic plans, and ensure all promotions and offers are maximized.
