Key Responsibilities

– The CRM Technical Developer is responsible for the Analysis, design, build and testing of the CRM system. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, configuring the CRM system, data migration, and setting up security and access controls.
– They work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts and product owners to understand the business processes and tailor the CRM system to meet specific requirements.
– Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing and release process.
– CRM systems often need to be integrated with other software applications such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, or e-commerce platforms. The CRM Technical Developer is responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions, ensuring seamless flow of data between different systems.
– They provide technical support to clients during and after the CRM implementation. They troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose and implement solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system.
– Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost-effective, efficient, and timely manner.
