Job Position – Coordinator-Permit to Work  (PTW).

Company Name – NBTC Group

Location: Site-based, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the full cycle of Permit to Work (PTW) issuance, tracking, and closure
– Liaise with construction, HSE, and client representatives to coordinate work permits
– Ensure all PTWs meet ADNOC and project-specific safety requirements
– Maintain accurate records of permits and related documentation
– Support toolbox talks, risk assessments, and field verifications
– Identify and help mitigate worksite hazards related to permitted activities.

Requirements:

– Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
– Minimum 5–7 years of experience in PTW coordination on oil & gas or heavy industrial projects
– Sound knowledge of ADNOC PTW systems and procedures
– Strong understanding of HSE protocols and safe work practices
– Good communication and coordination skills
– UAE/GCC experience preferred.
