What You’ll Actually Do

– Run the show for all our banquets and events. No pressure.
– Chat with clients (sometimes needy, always important) to make sure their dream event doesn’t turn into a nightmare.
– Team up with our chefs, servers, and housekeeping crew so everything goes off without a hitch.
– Boss around—uh, *guide*—the staff during setups, service, and clean-up.
– Keep an eye on supplies. Running out of napkins mid-wedding? Not on your watch.
– Make sure everything’s up to our standards and guests leave happy (and maybe a little full).
– Handle complaints or weird requests with a smile (or at least a convincing one).
– Help train newbies so they don’t mess up the vibe.

– Got real, hands-on banquet or events experience in a hotel? Perfect.
– Already living in the UAE—no relocation drama, please.

– You’re organized, but not a robot. Multitasking doesn’t freak you out.
– When guests stress, you stay chill and sort it out.
