So, What’s the Gig?

– Keep daily operations running smoothly—think more “organized chaos conductor” than “clipboard robot.”
– You will ensure procedures are working and people are following them (because someone has to). – Be the health and safety watchdog. Hygiene, too. Nobody wants a health inspector meltdown.
– Dive into sales and ops reports, spot what’s working (and what’s broken), and pitch ways to fix it.
– Team up with HR, Finance, Supply Chain…basically, you’re the glue.
– Handle customer complaints with a cool head. No drama, just solutions.
– Pitch in with hiring and training newbies.
– Step up when the Operations Manager’s out—don’t worry, you got this.

What You Need to Bring:

– Bachelor’s in Business, Ops Management, or something in that neighborhood.
– 2-5 years in ops or management—real experience, not just fancy titles.
– Solid English. Arabic? Bonus points.
– Multitasking ninja skills. Seriously.
– Leadership chops and an eye for solving problems (not making more).
– You gotta already have a Qatar ID.
– Driving license? Nice, but not a deal-breaker.
– Oh, and you should be able to start like…yesterday.
