About Arzana Private School

Alright, so here’s the deal with Arzana Private School. We’re smack in the UAE, doing the whole “future of education” thing without losing our grip on the good old local vibes. You want academics? Got it. Creativity? Yup. We’re all about turning out actual humans—smart, curious, and not robots (ironic, huh?)—who know a thing or two about the world and their own culture.

The work scene here? Colorful, honestly. You’ll find a mix of teachers who actually love what they do, and the place is buzzing with ideas. If you’re into learning new tricks, sharing what you know, or just want people around you who get it, this is your spot. We don’t just say “professional development” and forget about it—we mean it.

Who We Need Right Now:

Homeroom Teacher
Basically, you’re running the show for a bunch of primary kids. You’ll teach the main stuff, keep an eye on their growth, and do your best to make sure they’re learning (and not just doodling in their notebooks).
– What you need: Bachelor’s in Education, a teaching license, and at least 2 years wrangling little ones in a classroom.

Music Teacher
If you can handle kids with recorders and still love music, you’re our hero. You’ll teach theory, instruments, plan concerts—basically keep the school from sounding like a dying cat.
– What you need: Bachelor’s in Music Ed or similar, some school experience, and bonus points if you can play more than just the triangle.

Art Teacher
Got paint on your clothes? Perfect. We want someone who can teach art, throw together exhibitions, and get kids hyped about creativity.
– What you need: Bachelor’s in Fine Arts or Art Ed, plus actual experience with kids.

Social Studies Teacher
Think history, geography, civics… but make it interesting. Interactive lessons, debates, critical thinking—the usual.
– What you need: Bachelor’s in History, Geography, or similar. Two years teaching, minimum.

Kindergarten Teacher
Patience of a saint? Like glitter? You’re on. You’ll teach the tiny humans, keep them busy, and try to get them to share.
– What you need: Degree in Early Childhood Ed. Also, you better love crafting.

English Teacher
If you can make grammar fun and explain Shakespeare without putting everyone to sleep, we need you. Reading, writing, all that jazz.
– What you need: Bachelor’s in English or Ed. TEFL/TESOL is a nice bonus.

Maths Teacher
Not afraid of numbers? Good. You’ll teach math, help kids solve problems, and prep them for those lovely exams.
– What you need: Bachelor’s in Math or related, 2+ years teaching.

Science Teacher
Lab coats, explosions (the safe kind), and lots of “why does this happen?” moments. Physics, Bio, Chem—take your pick.
– What you need: Degree in Science or Ed with a science focus, plus classroom chops.

Special Education Teacher (SEN)
You’ll be the champion for kids who need a bit more support. Writing IEPs, teaming up with other teachers, and keeping parents in the loop.
– What you need: Special Ed degree/cert, experience in inclusive classrooms.

Inclusion Teacher & Head of Inclusion (Two hats, one head)
You’ll be the go-to for all things inclusion. Support teachers, make sure everyone’s got what they need, and keep our inclusion game strong.
– What you need: Master’s in Special Ed or Inclusion, and some leadership cred.

Head of Arabic & Islamic Department
You’ll run the show for Arabic and Islamic studies—think curriculum, staff, staying on top of all the cultural boxes we need to tick.
– What you need: Degree in Arabic/Islamic Studies, UAE school experience, leadership skills.

 IT Officer

You’ll keep the WiFi alive, fix what breaks, and make sure our digital stuff actually works.
– What you need: Degree in IT/Comp Sci/related, and if you’ve worked in a school before, even better.
