Visa Video Call Service in Dubai In just 2 months, it was used over 250,000 times.

The visa video call service has been successfully established by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai to help applicants with the immigration procedure.

The video call service has made over 250,000 transactions since its launch two months ago. Residents can complete a number of services at this facility, including Golden Visa updates, legal advice, citizenship issues, and establishment services.

Lt. Gen. Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, the Director General of GDRFA, stated that the service could be used in the issuing and renewal of visas, including resident visas, golden visas, green visas, student visas, and visit visas, at the program’s introduction in January.

In the event that there are any missing documents or if extra information is needed for the visa issue process, the visa officials may also get in touch with the applicants.

There will be a button in the chat box to allow you to submit the documents through video call. The service is offered every day of the week from 8 AM to 6 PM. The Dubai administration is thinking of making it a 24-hour service.
