The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has introduced Tax 10, a digital innovation platform, to encourage creativity among its staff. It will promote sustainability, improve services, and foster professional inventiveness.
In 15 categories, including tax and financial innovations, government services, and future skills, Tax 10 has nearly 3,000 foreign government practises.
The FTA wants to promote employee involvement in both projects pertaining to its operational systems and future tax programme development.
The FTA claims that the introduction of Tax 10 is a crucial step in accelerating digital transformation by implementing the best international practises in the finance and tax sectors.
