With the 2023 update, Telegram has made it easier to communicate with people who speak different languages. When you receive a message in another language, a translation bar will appear at the top of the interface. Simply tap it to translate the message instantly.

You can use this feature as a Premium subscriber when participating in groups and channels as well. This could come in handy when planning a trip to various cities around the world. Simply subscribe to a channel in the city you intend to visit to stay up to date on events and popular destinations discussed by locals.

Telegram has also introduced a new annual payment option for Premium, which allows you to save up to 40% by committing to a full year.

The update also includes a tool for converting stickers and emojis into profile pictures. This feature can be used for yourself or to suggest profile pictures for your contacts. All users, not just Premium subscribers, have access to this feature.

Telegram has also made it easier to navigate through the vast array of stickers and emoji options by categorizing them. Additionally, several emoji have been made interactive, and the app has added 10 new custom emoji packs.

Several improvements have been made to the messenger in this update. Telegram’s network usage tool has been updated, and it now displays information in a pie chart format, with separate tabs for mobile, Wi-Fi, and roaming usage.

Furthermore, Telegram has updated its automatic media download settings to include exceptions, giving users more control over the type and size of media that is automatically saved to their device’s storage.

The update began rolling out a few days ago, so most of us should have it by now.
