A local news outlet said that Punjab’s provincial administration will begin summer holidays on June 1 due to rising heat.
Maqbool Ahmed, Secretary School Education, said a summary will be given to the Punjab Chief Minister for approval.
Students will have time to relax and recover before returning to school in the second or third week of August. Last year, summer holidays were June 6–August 15.

Parents and students can enjoy a much-needed break from school to spend time with family and relax.
