Sethi tweeted that the PSL tournament will proceed as planned and that the interim Punjab administration has agreed to split the expense of lighting for the matches in Lahore.

There were previously been rumours that the competition will be moved to Karachi because to disagreements between the PCB and the temporary provincial government.

Lahore Qalandars are currently playing Peshawar Zalmi in front of their home crowd for the first time this season in the opening game of the Punjab leg.
