Engineering & Supervision Roles

– Senior Resident Engineer – You’ve been in the game for 20+ years? Legends only.
– Resident Engineer (Structural / Civil / Utilities) – 15 years minimum, and if you haven’t done at least 3 years in the UAE, sorry, it’s a no-go.
– Assistant Resident Engineer (Structures) – 12 years of experience (so, yeah, you’ve seen some things).
– Assistant Resident Engineer (Civils) – Also 12 years. Not your first rodeo.
