Wanna Work at Sobha Constructions? Here’s the Lowdown

So, Sobha Constructions—yeah, that big-shot real estate player over in the UAE. These folks don’t mess around when it comes to quality. Think fancy apartments, swanky villas, malls, hotels, you name it—they’ve probably built it, and made it look easy. They’ve got a killer team (none of that amateur hour stuff) and all the latest tech toys, so projects actually get done on time (imagine that!). Basically, if you see the Sobha name, you know it’s gonna be slick.

Now, if you’re hunting for a gig that doesn’t make you want to fake a Wi-Fi outage every Monday, check out what they’re hiring for:

Open Roles Right Now:

1. Foreman – Plaster / Blockwork
2. Foreman – Screed
3. Foreman – Tile
4. Foreman – Marble
5. Foreman – Painting
6. Foreman – Gypsum

And then there’s the big league stuff:

7. Senior Project Manager
– You gotta have 15+ years running around the GCC (not your first rodeo).
– Roads and infrastructure are your bread and butter.
– Civil Engineering degree—don’t even bother without it.

8. Planning Manager
– 10–12 years in the GCC scene, roads/infrastructure again.
– If Primavera P6 isn’t your thing, keep scrolling.
– Civil Engineering degree needed.

9. NOC Coordinator
– 6–8 years playing nice with government types (DEWA, RTA, DM, that crowd).
– Gotta know the ropes in roads/infrastructure.
– Any bachelor’s degree works.

10. Senior Project Engineer – Pools & Lagoons
– 6–8 years in the GCC splashing around pools and lagoons.
– Civil Engineering degree required.

11. Senior Planning Engineer
– 8+ years of putting together road and infrastructure projects in the GCC.
– Primavera P6 skills are a must.
– Yep, Civil Engineering degree again.

So if you’re tired of the usual construction circus and want to join a team that’s actually got its act together, maybe this is your shot. Don’t sleep on it.
