Job Position – Value Added Products Sales Executive

Position:  (Ready-Mix)
Location: Dubai

JOB PURPOSE:

The role is to be responsible for developing Ready-Mix (Concrete) Value Added Products sales in Dubai and Abu Dhabi regions and providing superior customer experience.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers specializing in special products applications.
• Increase the number of customers by developing solid projects and potential customers database for current & future projects in the market.
• Negotiate agreements with customers and provide technical support after sales.
• Manage customer expectations of the product ordering and delivery process, its quality, credit agreement and payment terms among others.
• Create Value Proposition focused on Value Added Products application/usage.
• Coordinate closely with other departments and external stakeholders.
• Ensure sales targets for special products are met.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education / Professional Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3-5 years’ working experience in the same field
• English language proficiency is a must (Arabic language is a plus)

Job Specific Competencies /Operational Knowledge:
• In depth knowledge of Ready-Mix industry
• Understands special products and their application
• Highly proficient computer skills (Advanced in Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication skills
