– Facilitate the transmission of information between the company, contractors, and suppliers.
– Process all official project documentation (including engineering, technical, correspondence, project management, commercial, legal, and supplier/vendor documents) generated by the company and contractors, ensuring they are stored in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
– Archive project records in accordance with the Project Deliverables Retention Standard to prevent data loss.
– Organize and manage electronic files and documents using SharePoint and the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
– Support the enhancement and development of Document Control procedures and guidelines to eliminate outdated and inaccurate data.
– Assist the procurement team in preparing submittals for both external and internal circulation.
