we’re on the hunt for Training Coordinators who can keep up with a fast-paced team and actually give a damn about helping people learn new stuff. If you’re the kind of person who gets a weird thrill out of color-coded calendars and can wrangle a room full of trainers without breaking a sweat, you’ll fit right in.

The gig? Eight hours a day (let’s be real, it’s never less), two days off a week. Pay’s competitive—translation: not bad, but don’t expect yacht money.

Who we want:

– Guys only (sorry, don’t shoot the messenger).
– Got a bachelor’s? Great. If it’s relevant, even better.
– Must have 2-3 years doing training work here in the UAE. If you’ve just watched a bunch of TED Talks, probably not gonna cut it.

Your day-to-day:

– Make sure all the training schedules, materials, and logistics don’t turn into chaos.
– Organize workshops, seminars, all that jazz—sometimes at the last minute, because life happens.
– Keep track of who showed up, who ghosted, and who actually learned something.
– Figure out if our training is actually working or if people are just pretending to take notes. Make it better if it’s not.
– Basically, be the glue between clients, trainers, and whoever else pops up.
