JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer/accounting softwares (e.g. ERP TexWare)
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent understanding and handling of banking operations like the Royalty Module of bank receipts, bank reconciliations and recovery
• Recording the purchases and expense adjustments against issued advance for purchases and expenses
• Having knowledge of how to make comparisons, charts etc. for receivables, recoveries and follow-up of MIS from other sections
• Recording the purchases and expense adjustments against issued advance for purchases and expenses
• Familiarity with preparing graphical representations for receivables, recoveries and follow-up of MIS from other sections
