Responsibilities include driving employer branding campaigns, creating sourcing plans, working with company executives on personnel planning, and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes. Five to seven years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, great command of recruitment techniques, ATS showed leadership skills and efficient stakeholder management.
