Job Title Overview: Arwa Recruitment are looking to find a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join a leading sales company based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have practical experience of telesales in the UAE market, a persuasive communication style and be motivated to attain and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing company products or services, and converting leads into successful sales. They will handle customer inquiries, maintain an updated client database, and follow up diligently to close deals. The position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure in a performance-driven environment.

Technical Knowledge: Candidates should have experience with CRM systems, data entry, and lead management systems. A strong command of spoken English, Arabic, or Hindi is a plus. The Executive should be at ease with the use of communications software, and have a good phone manner when engaging customers to ensure a professional experience for every customer.

Customer Engagement: The role demands proactive engagement with clients through calls, messages, and emails. The Telesales Executive will identify client needs, offer suitable solutions, and ensure client satisfaction through effective after-sales service. Building long-term relationships and maintaining trust with customers is key to success in this position.
