Job Title: Specialist III – IT Tech Support

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia
What You’ll Actually Do:
– Dive head-first into gnarly tech problems and get mission-critical systems back on their feet like a champ.
– Be the go-to person when stuff hits the fan—take on the tough cases and work with other teams so customers aren’t left hanging.
– Keep the docs fresh: update troubleshooting guides and best practices so nobody’s left guessing.
– Show the newbies the ropes (and maybe teach a few old dogs new tricks, too).
– Spot where things are getting jammed up and throw out ideas to make everything run smoother.
– Dig into those annoying recurring issues, slap on some preventive fixes, and cut down the constant support tickets.
– Tag-team with dev and QA folks to squash bugs before they become everyone’s problem.
You’ll Need:
– A bachelor’s degree in IT or something close—nobody’s asking for rocket science here.
– At least 5 years of rolling up your sleeves in IT support.
– Bonus points if you’re packing Microsoft 365, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation certs.
– Killer troubleshooting skills for Windows 8, 10, 11, MS Office, and whatever else people break.
– Solid networking chops—think VLANs, segmentation, Wi-Fi wizardry, all that jazz.
– Brainpower to untangle messy technical stuff and actually fix it, not just stare at it.
– Communication game strong, whether you’re talking to techies or folks who still say “the Google machine.”
– Proven you can lead support projects and actually make the help desk a better place—not just babysit tickets.
