– Microsoft AD—yeah, Active Directory. If you can’t wrangle users and groups in your sleep, don’t bother.
– Veeam backup—because if you can’t save their data when someone nukes a file server, you’re toast.
– HPE and Dell server storage—so, not just plugging in hard drives. Real hands-on, “oh crap, the RAID failed” kind of experience.
– Cloud skills? Big bonus points. If you’ve played in the cloud (Azure, AWS, whatever), they’ll love you even more.
