As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of purchase orders and stock delivery, from vendors to distribution centers and ultimately to stores. Your duties include demand forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring timely procurement and product delivery. You will maintain strong supplier relationships, manage lead times, and address any arising issues. Additionally, you will coordinate logistics, handle data management, and process inbound deliveries and invoices in SAP. By analyzing supply chain metrics and improving processes, you will optimize efficiency and support company goals. Your proactive problem-solving and collaboration with other departments will ensure seamless operations and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting: Analyze demand trends and forecast inventory needs to meet operational requirements, minimizing stockouts and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage reorder points, and ensure accurate inventory records for efficient inventory flow, avoiding excess or shortages.
  • Vendor Communication: Collaborate with suppliers to manage lead times, ensure timely material procurement, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Logistics Coordination: Organize transportation, track shipments, and ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods; coordinate with shipping agents for collection and shipment movements.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, including delays, shortages, and quality issues, mitigating potential risks proactively.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance tools and processes to streamline the supply chain, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, production, and sales teams to align supply chain operations with company objectives and overall business strategy.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments using supply chain software, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on key metrics such as order fulfillment, delivery times, and inventory levels to inform decision-making.
  • Order Processing: Manage purchase and sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Inbound Delivery Creation: Create inbound deliveries (IBD) with carton IDs in SAP, ensuring proper documentation for inventory receipt.
  • Invoice Upload: Upload invoices in SAP against IBDs, ensuring accurate financial records and reconciliation.
  • Excess Shortage Claims: Handle excess shortage claims with vendors, negotiating and resolving them fairly.
  • Return-to-Vendor (RTV) Coordination: Oversee the return-to-vendor (RTV) process, ensuring logistics compliance with company policies.
  • Product Destruction Management: Manage the local destruction of products at the request of principals, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
