Job Description

Role Overview: The Supervisor – Electromechanical is tasked with overseeing all the operations related to gas central systems’ electromechanics. The person in this role must be highly skilled and knowledgeable in the technical field plus have the ability to guide the team, monitor the installation of the system, plus maintain the highest levels of efficiency and safety at the Royal Gas sites in Abu Dhabi.

Technical Expertise: The person we are looking for will have a very good knowledge of both electric and mechanic systems, and at the same time, will have very good diagnostic skills as well as troubleshooting skills able to repair fast. The main objective will be to keep the system in good working order, and fix the parts that break down and assure that safety at gas systems and equipment is up to the regulatory standards.

Leadership & Supervision: In your role as a supervisor, you will be in charge of a crew of techs and engineers, and you will be in a position to provide them with support, assign them tasks and give them training so that they can execute the project flawlessly. It will be very important for you to be able to lead by example, encourage the team, and apply the company’s rules to be able to keep up the level of productivity and discipline in the operations.

System Maintenance & Operations: You will be the one in charge of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for the gas central systems, and you will also be responsible for the proper functioning of all the electrical and mechanical components. Part of your duties will be monitoring system performance, quick reaction to breakdowns, and maintenance improvements.

Health, Safety & Compliance: For Royal Gas, safety is the most important thing. It will be your duty to make sure that all the operations in the field of electromechanical work comply with UAE safety standards, company policies, and environmentally friendly measures. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that the employees in the field use personal protective equipment and follow all safety procedures.
