Job Position – Sr. Windows & Cloud System Administration

With the following responsibilities for Qatar operations.

Lead the installation, configuration, hardening, and ongoing administration of Windows Server environments.
· Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures, ensuring systems are aligned with performance and security best practices.
· Implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation to support scalable operations.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure the optimal functioning of Linux servers.
· Proven experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
· Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and virtual machine lifecycle management.
· Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, and PowerShell scripting.
· Solid understanding of storage systems, backup solutions, and disaster recovery strategies.
· Knowledge of ITSM tools and processes, including incident, change, and configuration management.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
· Security: Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and regular patching and updates to safeguard the systems.
