Simpaisa is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead partnerships with external vendors, operators, and service partners. You’ll drive performance, streamline operations, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and strengthen vendor/operator relationships
-Lead onboarding and ensure compliance
-Monitor performance and resolve operational issues
-Collaborate across teams (Tech, Finance, Compliance)
-Provide insights and drive strategic partnerships

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field
-3–5 years of vendor/relationship management experience (fintech/telecom preferred)
-Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
-Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Canva & data analytics a plus)
