Leading UAE bank is looking for Service Ambassadors for its branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. For those interested in providing great customer experiences and representing the brand on the front lines, this position is perfect.
As a Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering the branch. Your job is to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere that improves client happiness.
Helping consumers negotiate self-service channels and online platforms, you will encourage digital acceptance and so help to increase operational efficiency and decrease waiting times.
Proactively handle client lines and questions to guarantee everyone gets prompt and polite attention and to keep a quiet and orderly front desk setting.
Candidates who are presently in the UAE and ready for in-person interviews only will be taken into account. Your home country’s banking or customer service experience is much appreciated.
