Job Description: K4 Group seeks for a Senior FF& amp;E Designer with exceptional talent and meticulous eye to join our Dubai design team. Particularly in the interior fit-out sector, this role calls for a professional with extensive knowledge in furniture, fixtures, and equipment design. Developing, sourcing, and specifying FF&E solutions meeting aesthetic as well as pragmatic demands will be under the candidate’s responsibility.

Key Responsibilities: From conception to execution, the Senior FF&E Designer will manage the whole FF&E design cycle. This comprises building mood boards, choosing materials, creating thorough specifications, and working with contractors and suppliers. Making sure all components match client expectations and project standards depends on a sharp eye for design, color arrangement, and finishes.

Design Excellence: This position demands a high level of creativity and innovation. A candidate must be capable of materializing design concepts into real-world solutions that balance aesthetics, comfort, and functionality. Familiarity with luxury finishing materials, sustainable sourcing of materials, and global design trends is preferred.

Working with architects, project managers, and procurement experts as a senior team member, the FF&E Designer will guarantee flawless execution by means of cooperation and coordination. Meeting deadlines and producing great outcomes on many projects will depend on good teamwork and effective communication.

Client Engagement: Direct client contact is required to showcase design ideas, justify material choices, and provide professional counsel. Along with great presentation skills, the perfect candidate should have the ability to change layouts in response to customer input while still upholding design integrity.
Project Management: Beyond creative input, the Senior FF&E Designer will also handle budgets, schedules, and vendor relations. They will guarantee that all furniture and materials are delivered on schedule and fit quality standards. Managing big projects and working with foreign providers would be quite an edge.
