Here’s what you’ll actually be doing (get ready):

– Keeping financial records, reports, and ledgers tidy (because chaos isn’t cute).
– Closing things out—monthly, quarterly, yearly. You know the drill.
– Reconciling accounts like a pro, making sure every dirham is in its place.
– Teaming up on budgets and forecasts. Crystal balls not required, but a sharp mind is.
– Wrestling with tax filings and making sure we don’t get on the wrong side of the law.
– Watching the numbers like a hawk, then churning out financial reports that actually make sense.
– Tag-teaming with auditors, both in-house and the external kind (yes, those folks).
– Jumping in on payroll, accounts payable, and receivable when the need arises—because hey, teamwork.
– Dropping financial wisdom and recommendations to management (they need it).
– Keeping paperwork legit and files organized, so nobody’s panicking at audit time.
