— Hustle for new business in the FM world—think cleaning, landscaping, pest control, all that jazz.
— Get out there and actually talk to people. Build those relationships so they actually remember your name.
— Whip up killer sales pitches and proposals. Make ‘em so good, they can’t say no.
— Seal the deal. I mean, really close it. Hit those targets and then some.
— Work with the other folks on your team so clients don’t end up hating us after the sale.
— Keep an eye on what everyone else in the market’s doing (nosy? Absolutely, but it pays off).
— Don’t forget to keep your paperwork straight—sales records, reports, the boring but necessary stuff.
What we’re looking for:
— 3-5 years actually selling soft services. UAE experience? Big plus.
— You need to actually be able to talk to people. Like, really communicate. Negotiate. Pitch.
— Know who’s who in the UAE soft services scene.
— Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or something in the neighborhood.
— UAE driving license. Don’t have one? Yikes.
