Sales Coordinator – POSFIX

we’re on the hunt for a Sales Coordinator who can keep things running smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy. If you’re the type who loves juggling tasks (and maybe even flaming swords), you’ll probably fit right in.
What you’ll actually do:
– Team up with the sales crew to whip up quotes and handle orders. No lone wolves here, it’s all about the squad.
– Help customers out—whether they need the lowdown on products or a little TLC after the sale.
– Be the go-between for the warehouse and logistics folks to make sure stuff gets where it’s supposed to go. Lost deliveries? Not on your watch.
– Keep tabs on sales orders, chase reports, and basically make follow-ups your new best friend.
– Pitch in for client meetings and keep the paperwork from turning into a monster.
What you need (besides grit and coffee):
– 2–3 years doing this kind of gig—Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, something like that.
– You gotta be a people person. Communication skills? Non-negotiable.
– English is a must. Bonus points if you can charm folks in Tagalog or Arabic.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing? Nice to have, but if you’re a quick learner, that works too.
– Know your way around MS Office. If you’re on friendly terms with ERP or CRM systems, that’s gold.
– UAE market experience? Oh heck yes, that’s what we’re talking about.
Money talk: AED 4,000 – 6,000, plus performance incentives (so if you hustle, your wallet’s happy).
