Job Position – Restaurant & Banqueting Supervisor

Who is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both the restaurant floor and banqueting functions.

Job Location: Dubai (UAE)

Key Responsibilities:

– Supervise daily operations of the restaurant and banquet hall
– Coordinate with kitchen and event planning teams to ensure seamless service
– Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
– Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service
– Oversee setup and breakdown of events, including Meetings, Social Events, corporate functions, and private parties
– Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally
– Maintain inventory of banquet and restaurant supplies
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

– Degree or diploma in hospitality management
– Proven experience (2+ years) in restaurant and/or banquet supervision
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
– Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and service standards
– Well Versed in English & Computer Skill
