Job Description

Overview of the Position: The female receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact for customers and guests, demonstrating the professionalism and dedication of the business. She will oversee front desk operations and make sure that all internal communications run smoothly.

Client Interaction: The ideal applicant should be polite, articulate, and able to confidently and warmly respond to client inquiries. She will welcome customers, schedule appointments, and give them the details they need to know about the services offered by the business.

Administrative Support: By handling letters, keeping track of documents, and assisting with daily administrative tasks, the receptionist will support internal departments. Additionally, she will make sure that all paperwork is readily available and appropriately filed.

Office Coordination: To maintain a professional atmosphere, the position entails overseeing the front office space, making sure it is tidy and orderly, and working with the facility or maintenance personnel.

Communication Management: The applicant will take care of incoming messages, emails, and calls, making sure they are quickly routed to the appropriate departments. In addition, she will oversee meeting calendars and help set up both internal and external gatherings.

Technology & Efficiency: Email handling and Microsoft Office proficiency are crucial. The receptionist will update data, keep logs, and assist HR or management with basic reporting duties using simple digital tools.
