Position Overview:
Abu Dhabi-based team members now include an inspired and well-organized receptionist cum administrative assistant. For someone willing to support daily office procedures while maintaining a professional front desk experience, this position is perfect.
Primary Duties:
- Welcome guests, handle corporate emails, and respond to incoming calls.
- Keep a clean and effective workstation and support daily office operations.
- help with documentation, commercial correspondence, and document control.
- Oversee and replace office supplies.
- For the management team, schedule meetings, arrange travel arrangements, and keep track of significant reminders.
- Compose drafts, prepare business proposals, and send invoices as necessary.
Specifications:
- Needs to be instantly reachable to register.
- Preferred but not required is previous administrative background.
