Key Duties: Producing leads, developing client connections, and overseeing property sales and rentals will be the domain of the Real Estate Broker. The position calls for property viewings, deal negotiations, and complete transaction facilitation from start to end. Candidates have to be able to consistently meet sales goals and provide outstanding customer care.

Market Involvement: The perfect candidate will follow Dubai’s newest property values, market trends, and communal projects. By means of several digital and traditional channels, they should be aggressive in finding new opportunities, preserving close client relationships, and advancing corporate listings.

Negotiating and Communicating: Strong negotiating abilities are essential for this position. The broker has to negotiate deals that benefit both purchasers and sellers, address client inquiries, and properly represent property choices. Closing of successful deals will depend mostly on a proactive and persuasive approach.
