Job Description
- Create lists for leasing properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Compile comprehensive lists of available properties, including details such as location, features, and square footage, for leasing purposes.
- Use market analysis and industry expertise to set competitive prices for properties.
- Develop detailed lists of properties available for lease, outlining their location, features, and square footage to assist with client decision-making.
- Negotiate finalizing deals
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best prices
- Qualifying new deals
- Prospecting new business through calling/emailing our existing and current data bases.
