WE ARE HIRING! SENIOR SUPERVISOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT

The incumbent would be required to have:

Monitor office elevators, generators, and power gear’s preventative and corrective maintenance. Watch over the company’s air conditioning system performance and upkeep. Detect and solve problems before they develop by carefully assessing facility systems. . Check and fix installed equipment at company buildings as well as BOD’s homes. . Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for cost-effective and timely service delivery. . Monitor safety adherence and put operational best practices into effect. . React Prepare maintenance reports and support facility-related budgetary. Respond immediately to emergency situations and resolve difficulties effectively.

Location: Head Office, Lahore

Requirement: DAE Mechanical / Electrical experience with 5 – 7 years experience in facility/equipment maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
