Job Description

Role Summary: As a GCC Contracting LLC Quantity Surveyor, you will be essential in guaranteeing the financial and contractual success of building projects. You will have charge of cost management, budgeting, and exact estimates to help throughout effective project implementation from start to finish.

You will create accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents. To project budgets, reduce expenses, and get maximum worth for money while fulfilling project goals, this role demands precision and great analytical ability.

You will help to assess bids, negotiate contracts, and obtain subcontractors and supplies under Contract and Procurement Management. Ensuring all contracts fit project objectives, legal rules, and corporate standards is a responsibility for a Quantity Surveyor.

Project Monitoring and Reporting: This position calls for careful supervision of current building projects, assessment of advancement, and financial and project reporting. You will cooperate with project managers to guarantee that deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements are followed.

Risk Management and Compliance: You will find possible financial hazards and recommend solutions to reduce them. Part of your responsibilities will be making sure that industry standards, UAE laws, and building codes are observed.

The Quantity Surveyor will work with engineers, architects, and builders to guarantee easy project execution. To match project goals with cost control actions, good teamwork and communication are absolutely necessary.
