QHSE Manager Jobs in Dubai

Black & Grey HR is hiring a QHSE Manager for a group of companies in Facility Management, Infrastructure, and related sectors. The role oversees Quality Assurance (QAQC) and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, focusing on ISO compliance, audits, and policy implementation.

–     Develop and maintain QAQC and HSE policies in line with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
–     Lead internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
–     Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
–     Manage QAQC and HSE teams and training programs.

–     Master’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
–     15+ years of experience in civil/power infrastructure.
–     Certifications in ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, NEBOSH, and IOSH.
–     Strong knowledge of UAE regulations.
