What they’re after:

– Gotta have a postgrad degree in Psychology. No shortcuts, sorry!
– At least 2-3 years teaching under your belt—CBSE experience? Big bonus points.
– Need to actually enjoy wrangling a classroom, keeping kids interested, and basically being a mentor they’ll remember (for good reasons, hopefully).

If you’ve got the creds and you’re not allergic to teenagers, you might just fit right in.
