What We Search:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or a comparable area

Five years minimum experience in real estate or property management

– Verified experience handling mixed-use, residential, or commercial assets
– Great communication, financial, and operating abilities
– Capacity to lead teams and collaborate with suppliers, residents, and interested parties

Knowledge of UAE landlord-tenant legislation and rules

– Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, building codes, fire safety rules, and emergency response strategy.
Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and scheduling of regular and preventative maintenance.
